THE COMPANY

Cavem Investments Limited was incorporated in 1993 as a limited liability company for the purpose of carrying on the business of general merchants, contractors and auto dealers. The company commenced operations in 1994, acting as major suppliers of produce raw materials for vegetable oil companies and other small and medium scale contracts.

In August, 2008, the company entered into a dealership agreement with Messrs Dana Motors Limited to act as the “Authorized Dealer of Dana Motors Limited” in Enugu, Enugu state for the sales and services of Kia vehicles. This agreement subsequently led to the birth of the KAI MOTORS PLACE and now the corporate headquarters of CAVEM INVESTMENTS LIMITED at KM 2 Abakaliki Expressway, Emene Enugu.
