OUR BOARD AND MANAGEMENT

Our Board of Directors is made up of people with inpecable character and who have distinguished themselves in the various field of human endeavours. Our Board is composed of the following:


1. Engr. (Chief) Nnamdi Okoye Chairman

Engr. Okoye is a Graduate of Civil Engineering from the University of Nigeria Nsukka. He worked with the Nigerian Agip Oil Company Limited, Port Harcourt, rising to the position of Senior Manager before venturing into his own private business. He is the current Chairman /Managing Director of Genprojetti Nigeria Limited, a large oil service and construction company with head office in Portharcourt. Chief Okoye, who is on the board of several companies is married with children.

2. Nze Emmanuel .A. Okpalaoka (Executive Director Operations)

Nze A. Okpalaoka is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Nigeria Institute of Taxation. He had his secondary education at Eko Boys High School, Lagos between 1973 and 1977 and later went to the Institute of Management and Technology (IMT) Enugu where he obtained the Higher National Diploma (HND) Upper Credit in Accountancy. He also holes the MBA in Finance and Banking from the Enugu State University of Technology.

Nze Okpalaoka is presently the Senior Partner in the Firm of Agochukwu Okpalaoka & Co. (Chartered Accountants) and is also the Chairman, Coal Camp Microfinance Bank Limited.

3. Engr. Mrs Chinyere V. Okpalaoka Director/Secretary

Engr. (Mrs) Okpalaoka is an Electrical Engineer with over ten years post graduation experience. She joined Messrs Multigroup Consulting as a Pupil Engineer in 1997 and rose to become a Senior Engineer before leaving the company to establish the Soap Division of Messrs Hardis & Dromedas Limited, a major consumer products manufacturing company in Enugu. She is presently the Head of the Company’s Soap division, Engr (Mrs) Okpalaoka holds a B.Engr Degree in Electrical/ Electronics from the Enugu State University of Technology. She is married to Nze E.A. Okpalaoka and the family is blessed with children.

MANAGEMENT

Mr. Paul Umenyi Sales/Marketing Adviser
Graduate of Business Administration. MBA (USA)
Worked with Hallmark Assurance Company Limited for over 10 years. Universal Insurance briefly as Zonal Marketing Manager before joining Cavem Investments Ltd as Sales/Mktg Adviser.

Mr. Marcellus Kalayor Sales Manager
Graduate of Marketing from Institute of Mgt. & Tech, Enugu. Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) Bus.Admin UNN.
Worked with the Nigeria Coal Corporation for 8 years and United Multi Distribution Company limited as Distribution Representative and Area Manager for 7 years before joining Cavem Investments Ltd as Sales Manager.
Married with a child.


Mr. Emma Amaechi Workshop Manager
Graduate of Mechanical Engineering from IMT Enugu.

Mr. Jude Onyia Spare Parts Manager
Graduate of Accounting from Federal Polytechnic,Oko.
Worked with Agochukwu Okpalaoka & Co for 3 years as Audit Trainee, Palm Beach Insurance as Town Supervisor, African Safety Insurance as Accounts Supervisor for 5 years, Vegta Investment Nig Ltd as HOD Accounts before joining Cavem Investments Ltd as Spare Parts Manager. Married with children.

Mr. Nwabueze Okereke Accountant
Graduate of Accounting from IMT Enugu
Worked with: AR Ogah & Co as Audit Trainee:
Bubbles Plaza for 4 years as Accounting Officer before joining Cavem Investments Ltd as Accountant.
