OUR SERVICES
Our after sales services are carried out mainly through
our workshop which is equipped to render the required
level of service satisfaction to our customers.
Our workshop which is headed by the Workshop/Service Manager
has the following sub departments.
Mechanical Shop
Body Shop
Tyre Care Shop
Car Wash
Mechanical
Shop
This is headed by the Service Supervisor who takes charge
of all other junior level employees in the sub department.
The Supervisor is assisted by the Workshop Foreman. All
vehicle repairs and services whether major or minor are
carried out by this sub department. Also included in this
department are the electrical and airconditioning units.
The
Body Shop
This is the fabrication and spraying unit headed by the
Body Shop Supervisor. He oversees the work of the Panel
Beaters and Spray Painters under him. All body repairs
including spraying and paining are carried out in this
sub department. Also all matters relating to car interiors
are performed in the unit.
The Tyre Care Shop
This unit takes charge of all matters relating to car
tyres and wheels including alignment and balancing.
The
Car Wash
This ensures that all stains associated with car repairs
are immediately removed before the vehicle is delivered
to the customer. Also, the unit does general cleaning
for all customers’ vehicles whether serviced by
us or brought from outside. New vehicles in the showroom
are also regularly cleaned by this unit.

ensure the realization of our core values which is mainly
customer satisfaction, we have installed in our workshop,
state of the art facilities and tools designed to render
efficient and uninterrupted services to our customers.

our spare parts store is fully stocked with all necessary
spares required for efficient service delivery to our
customers.
Also, the power requirement of the workshop and showroom
is complimented with a 60KVA sound proof generator which
serves the entire premises.
Future
Prospects
The
future appears very bright for our Company especially
as regards our new status as the Authorized Dealer of
Dana Motors Limited in Enugu. Users and potential users
of Kia vehicles heaved a sigh of relief at the establishment
of the workshop and showroom which is the first of its
kind East of the Niger. We will never disappoint our teeming
customers as we strive to continuously improve our service
delivery to them.
